Rules & Regulations

Timings

• All students must be in the school premises by 8:40 am. Timings for K.G children are 8:45 am.
• Students must be in school on time. Late comers shall wait outside till the morning assembly is over.
• Separate record is maintained for late comers. Parents will be called for habitual late comers.

Dress Code

• Students must come to school in proper uniform with clean canvas shoes and socks.
• Students should come with hair and nails properly cut.
• Boys without proper hair cut will not be allowed to enter the class.
• Girls must wear black hair band in case of short hair.
• Girls with long hair must make two plaits with white ribbons.
• Students coming on non-instructional days must wear school uniform with identity card.

School Rules

• Carrying of cell phones, iPods or cameras is strictly not allowed.
• Using foul language is strictly prohibited.
• Cleanliness of the classroom and campus is the responsibility of every student.
• Littering inside school premises should be avoided.
• Damaging school property will invite penalty.
• Students violating school rules will face disciplinary action.

Leave Taking

• The school does not encourage leave taking in general.
• Application for leave should be made by parents and addressed to the class teacher.
• Students applying for sick leave may be required to produce a medical certificate.
• Long leave will be granted only in case of emergencies.
• Leave for attending functions should be informed prior to leave.
• If a student requires leave for part of the day, parents must obtain permission from the Principal.
• Minimum 90% attendance is required for promotion to the next class.

Academics

• It is mandatory for students to attend special / remedial classes when scheduled.
• Practical work and records must be completed as per schedule.
• Assignments, projects and homework must be submitted on time.

• Please ensure the mobile numbers provided are always attended.
• Students must bring school diary daily with books and materials as per timetable.
• Parents are requested to check the school diary and website for announcements.
• School works towards the overall well-being of children and expects cooperation.
• Non-vegetarian food including eggs is strictly prohibited inside the campus.
• All students must abide by this code of conduct.
