The SJNS Jain Group of Schools started its journey on 4th October, 1984. The Schools are managed by Vidhya Jyothi Trust. The Trust’s vision is, “To bring quality education within the reach of everyone”. The Schools were established to propagate good values by providing child centred, culturally oriented, value based, morally inclined meaningful education to students of all sections of society. In pursuance of this vision, the Trust runs three Schools in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. These institutions provide quality education at affordable cost. Vidhya Jyothi Trust is committed to excellence in education and provide good opportunities to the students. We believe that today’s child is the future of our society. Keeping this in mind, we focus on all round growth of the children enabling them to develop self- confidence and a modern progressive outlook with leadership qualities and moral values. Our curriculum is designed in such a way that balanced emphasis is given both to academics as well as to all round development by holding various competitions and cultural programmes where all our students get equal opportunities to participate., we hold different types of philanthropic activities. The Schools have good infrastructure and well- qualified teachers. At present there are 1400 students and 91 teaching and non-teaching faculty.
